Trouble installing patch v1.3

I try and go about installing patch v1.3 but all I get is this >Attachment 48527

Somebody PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Can you play with the 1.2 patch? Where did you get the 1.3 patch? What version of the game do you have? Where did you buy it? What are your computer specs?

If it's a dvd, it's scratched or dirty or both. If it's a download, try it, again.

I can play v1.2 fine I got it from this site http://http://www.gamershell.com/download_20881.shtml I am currently running version 1.2 I bought the game from my local store yesterday afternoon.
