Default [PASSED 07/23/09] [Civitate] Nikos (Patron: Celsius)

    Client: Nikos
I joined TWC in June 2008. At first, I was only interested in the mod Third Age:Total War. I frequently made visits to and commented in the Third Age sub forum. I even started some threads that (hopefully) made a difference to the mod, like the navies thread. Eventually, I started to explore other parts of the site. First, it was the Thema Devia where I posted the now infamous Warhammer 40K vs Star Wars thread. Then it was the VV where I thought my knowledge of history would add to and spark discussion. There were some heated debates in which I was involved, but my opponents and I remained Civil throughout the course of them, knowing that even if you disagree with a member, you don't have to flame him.

Having noted the serious lack of Paleobiological articles and information on the site, I decided to share my expertise in Paleobiology with TWC as it seemed people were interested in the subject. I have written five articles, all of which are in the Scriptorium, giving the Taxonomy, and biology of my subjects, each being a member of Dinosauria. Recently, I have done a Sociological and Anthropological article on Uncontacted peoples and have also started a 10 part series of Anthropological articles on the various cultural areas of the Aboriginal peoples of North America, starting with the North West Coast. I also am an active poster in the Political Mudpit, where I add my perspective on current political issues with my own style. All of my time here, I have tried to post in a respectful and helpful manner. I've never engaged in trolling or a flame war. When I could, I have always answered the questions of others in the discussion and debate forums. Through my efforts, TWC now has the successful History Homework help thread and I have posted many ideas and suggestions in the Q&A which are currently under debate, but will hopefully be implemented. As I have gotten to know the members of TWC, I have made online friendships with many members and even though I may fervently disagree with some members, I respect them.

Nikos has been the main prehistoric historian of TWC. He has posted countless items on dinosaurs, landmasses and many other related topic. Niko has helped countless members in the questions they have regarding Prehistoric history. I believe Nikos will be an even greater contribution to TWC in the Curia

    Previous attempt here.

Yes. I offered to patronize him myself. He is an excellent contributor, his articles have been stored in the script, and his attitude is great.

The Scriptorium is looking for great articles. Don't be bashful, we can help with the formatting and punctuation. I am only a pm away to you becoming a published author within the best archive of articles around.

For some reason I thought he was already a citizen. Have seen many of his posts and read a few of his pieces that have made it into the Scriptorium. I think this is an easy one.

I believe his infractions must have got overturned then? I can't recall, just remember a spat where he was fed up and was going to leave the site over some infractions.

He has posted indigenous n00ds, so I will be voting yes.
He has posted some good articles and is overall a positive contributor, so I will be voting yes.

I will be voting yes, the scriptorium articles alone I think are enough.
