    Default I_turnNumber and traits

    Quick question for those more knowledgeable than me in scripting/trait coding: can the condition I_turnNumber be used in trait triggers to limit traits to a certain time period?

    (should be, at least it worked in RTW).

    The condition is used in BBB's EDCT and its seen in many vanilla M2TW ancillary triggers.

    This is from the ancillaries:

              and I_TurnNumber >= 187
              and I_TurnNumber <= 210
    
        AcquireAncillary john_gutenberg chance  100
    Should work for traits as well.
