I'm just curious, do you think that the quality of TWC(threads, posts, discussions) has been on a steady decline lately?

Other than some of the *Ahem* better posters leaving, I think the quality has been quite consistent.

Excluding the Mudpit, but that flares up in interesting times (Russia Vs. Georgia, anyone?)

It's about the same, maybe a little worse than when I first joined. It's changed. Instead of being dorky in a "everyone knows about history/life" feel, it's turned into a being dorky in a "being dorky" feel. So yes, I guess you could say so. The humor is worse, above all I guess.

I'd like us to have a REAL OT. Let us curse/flame-bash each other/and basically just spam(in a separate sub-forum of course and its all in good fun). On other forums I frequent they have sub-forums set up for just this. Its just an idea.

Swearing I agree with.
Being able to "insult" another member, I agree with. If someone is being a dick you should be able to call said person a dick without worrying about possible interference from mods/admin. The rules are way to sensitive regarding "personal insults", unless of course it's blatant racism.
Spam, I do not agree with, I think the mods do a pretty good job with that.

Social groups are a lot of shite anyway. I miss commenting on people's profiles, instead I have to send them PM's explaining why I can't anytime someone comments on my profile. Though that'll be over tomorrow after the 3 months are up

Problem is this place is for 13 year olds and up. Not really appropriate to have grown men, unaware or not of someone else's age, tearing them to shreds.
