FRAPS cuts off the top and bottom - tough to capture dates

Anyone else have this problem?

It cuts off the very top and bottom of my screen shots. Not a problem except when wanting to reference the dates from the campaign map.

Any ideas of settings I am missing?

I think you might have to go to the movies tab, then check if full size recording is on, since that's probably why.
