2.0 and steam? CA_LIBS Fatal Error

hey, ive had BC working before with my steam version when it was 1.5??

anyway, im back now after long break, but cannot get bc 2.0 to work

when i launch i get the "CA_LIBS Fatal Error"

i tried to download the hotfix from this thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=274922

but the link is not working, so maybe if grandviz u could get it up again it might solve my problems..

this is the message im getting
"Invalid Attachment specified. Check that the URL is correct. If it seems to be, the resource you requested probably no longer exists, and links pointing to it should be deleted or updated."

its ok though, i figured it out somehow.. i installed to a random folder, then draged into my m2 folder which seemed to work.. also i had copied a different version of the bc.cfg but for the love of god i dont know where it came from..
im a little rusty havnt played m2 in along time, i do remember though steam being a

for mods

now its time to start playing again

I have the problem where the link doesnt work for the hotfix and i dont know what to do in order to get Broken Crescent working, any ideas?

Try the attached file. You will need to extract and place it into your M2TW installation folder.
