Is it possible to make the towns look like how they should in battle?

I did not expect a tower of Orthanc but when I attacked Isengard it was such a =.= scene when Isengard appears as a beautiful looking fort. I know absolutely nothing about modding and all, but is this possible? At least for the important cities like Minas Tirith. Otherwise the immersion wouldn't be as good.
