2.0 ...- that's from the olden days, and it was made for 0.960 (if I'm not mistaking).
I can't find a link anywhere. I think Zaro/Italiano took it down - or rather replaced it with 2.5.

Do a find on it in the mod list sticky for the older versions if you can't find it there I believe listed it in the community project thread.
