Hi, i downloaded the mod using this. And after a while i decided to uninstall it. Nothing personal I just didn't like some of the changes made to the game. Now i am having trouble finding where user.empire_script.txt is and where the backup is.

Care to point a lowly simpleton in the right direction.

OK new 3,5 version is up!

The user.empire_script.txt location depends on you Operating System.

VISTA C:\Users\(Your User Name Here)\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts

OR

XP C:\Documents and Settings\(Your User Name Here)\Application Data\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts

Simply rename it from user.empire_script.USERBACKUP or user.empire_script.USERBACKUP2 to user.empire_script.

Also the file iso nly needed if you intend you use mods, it you are not using mods and just want to play the vanilla version, then you don't even need the file.

I´m a bit nooby regarding mods, so I have a question. I´ve used the auto installer, first for the first file, then for the AI pack. However, when I checked out the user script file, only this line was in:

mod darthmodCAI.pack;

Shouldn´t the file be

mod darthmod.pack;
mod darthmodCAI.pack;

In order for both parts of the mod to work? Also, do you recommend any of the sub-mods, Darth? Thx!

Also again,

DarthMod Empire does not need the CAI, it is included.

If you install CAI... you install only CAI not the full DarthMod
