The little green circles are gone.

Hello. Ok, straight to the point. The little green cirlces have dissapeared when I click on a unit in battle. Now this for me is very important to have because it gets very confusing when you have 600 guys in a battle and try to get one specific unit. I know the banner goes up and down but the green cirlces would also help. So if anyone knows how to restore the circles it would be very much appreciated if they told me how.

What is your graphics card, game settings and resolution? Many times it turns out to be driver problem.

Go into medieval2.preferences.cfg in the M2TW folder and check that the disable_arrow_markers setting is set to 0. If it's set to 1, the green circles will be turned off.

Ok i found the preferences file but i can't open it. It says I need some other program. It's not a notepad document so I don't know how to do it. Any help?
