Anyone can tell me why the guy on left is like an Alien ? I tried to put a new texture to foot artillery, same textures as another units who works fine, and i dont understand the problem. When i zoom too much the guys turn into Alien.

You're using the wrong model. The ones that look fine are using the Prussian Jäger model, but the "alien" seems to be using the standard artillery model. Check your warscape_animated_lod. Maybe you put the wrong entry for the lod1.
hmmm i think problem is the model too, but i changed it many times, changed textures and still this hell bug. If u guys have to replace all the europeans artillery units in a mod, how u will proceed ?
This is what i did :
in animated_lod_tables i added 4 lines :
UnitModels/euro_prussia_jaeger_lod1.variant_weighted_mesh ////// euro_foot_artillery
UnitModels/euro_prussia_jaeger_lod2.variant_weighted_mesh ////// euro_foot_artillery
UnitModels/euro_prussia_jaeger_lod3.variant_weighted_mesh ////// euro_foot_artillery
UnitModels/euro_prussia_jaeger_lod4.variant_weighted_mesh ////// euro_foot_artillery
in warscape_animated_tables i added this one :
euro_foot_artillery ////// UnitModels/Textures/euro_prussia_jaeger
Am i wrong ?
Maybe you have some other mod which conflicts with the foot artillery entry in the warscape_animated_lod. I actually had a problem like this once and the problem was a conflict with another mod.
The reason this does not work is that the entries in CA's default unit will be showing the Tricorn hat unit, if you want to change to bearskin version you will have to create a new unit as you cannot replace CA's texture without modding the patch.pack (i do not recommend)!!
If you are using the CA entry you can only use a Tricorn unit model, otherwise thats why you are getting crazy looking units![]()
That's not my unit just pointing out that it looked like the same texture was used on the wrong model hat.
My problem and I think there is no solution is with units like the officers where there is actually extra structure to the model and the alpha channel I guess switches on or off to show it.
Zoomed in …...
Slightly Zoomed out ......
Not a big deal because only I would probably notice but if there's a solution.
Actually as I am at it what do people find or think is the best model for an officer?

Create a new entry, for example euro_foot_artillery2 and use that one instead of editing the default one. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.
It will work if i create new entries, if i create a standard arty unit, no problem. But i dont want to recreate all arty units of the game just for add the same texture every time. I already have a 250 Mo pack with 100 Napoleonics units to manage, if i have to manage all arty units i will die.
ty for the help anyway
Try renaming the euro_foot_artillery file in your mod to something else. I don't know what good it will do, but it's worth a try. There has to be a conflict somewhere in your files.
You did say Zoom in too much so I presume if you zoom out everything appears to look normal again.
If this is the case then I have noticed something similar however I can see see that my correct model is switching between the textures from its correct diffuse.dds file.
For example my diffuse .dds file has a choice of 3 styles of cuffs but the game engine wants to switch between the cuffs on the same model as you move in and out, not sure if this is anything to do with game settings, my graphic card or just badly written instructions for the textures.
In regards to the officer, I don't think thats a problem on your part, I think thats how the game renders things. Detailed when zoomed up close, less detail as you zoom out.
