How can you tell if Kingdoms patch v 1.5 installed correctly?

I downloaded the US edition v 1.5 patch from this site (http://www.worthdownloading.com/sear...=medieval+gold) and into my Medieval II Total War folder.

When ever I run Medieval2.exe, it says I'm still on v 1.3

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

the 1.5 patch is for kingdoms. it should say 1.3 on your M2TW and 1.5 on your kingdoms options page.

It does say 1.3 for M2TW. I've not seen 1.5 listed anywhere. How do you access the kingdoms option page?

BTW when I run one of the kingdoms expansions (Americas, Crusades, ect.) It says v 1.04 under "options"

Did you not install the 1.5 patch into your Kingdoms folder? Didnt it find the folder automatically anyway? The options screen is accessed from the main screen i.e. single player, load game, continue campaign, custom battle etc.

I need help. I can't seem to find a working link to Kingdoms Patch 1.5. does it exist?
The link at the top only has 1.05.

1.05 and 1.5 - it's one and the same patch. So you can use the posted link.

US Edition Patch. He needs to make sure the patch matches his copy.
