    YES, but they are not the strong Sarissa-users of the 4th/3rd century BC.
    Back then, they were only a minor power.

    It can be a real challenge to create an empire with them.

    not too much of one, as their cavalry is of high quality, and is more than the equal of any unit the may come accross.
