Add a tiny mod launcher, inspired by the RTR VII launcher showed a few days ago!

It's very simple and can only launch the mod and edit uneditable preferences in game.

The executable is big though.... damn qt

The source will be released as well, as required by the qt license. So anyone capable of reading code could rewrite it for his own mod!

What does it mean with "unlimited soldiers"? I thought that was hard-coded.

It means RTW wouldn't limit reinforcements for low-spec PC.

The measure is bugged so the option should be turned on (alongwith all "Disable *" options). I have played up to 10,000 soldiers with only small lag, and 6,000-7,000 is just fine, but RTW throws the warning whenever the number exceeds 5,000
