    Default The purpose of management?

Lately as I've been playing some TaTW and looking through the various retinue objects, there's one thing that confuses me. Management. Many such retinues give this such as the Warlord of Mordor+Warlord of the White Hand retinue objects on Chieftain Mauthak and the Witchking. If they were some other retinue object that was brought over from Kingdoms then I would have just ignored it and done my own thing. However, seeing as both these Warlord retinues I presume are custom-made for this mod I have to wonder if there is a secret management trait that cannot be viewed. Just wondering.

I'm pretty sure management increases the money you get from the administrative bonus of a governor, and decreases corruption costs.

Edit: Can someone confirm whether or not increased administration lowers corruption? I'm not too sure about that.

Management is the level of how can the character manage a settlement. The higher the level, the bigger the income and public order, I am not sure about lowers corruption though.

Quite easy. Try to put a general (with good administrative skills) in one of your town, check corruption. Move him out and check again. Unfortunately I'm at work now, so I can't try it, but if anyone can, just do it, I'm quite curious about the result.

Doesn't look like Management affects Corruption. I just tried it out. I removed all retinue from a general, put him into a city wih no other generals, measured corruption, took him out, gave him one with +2 Management and put him back in again. No change.

Actually I couldn't find a retinue with just a Management effect so I chose one with +1 Authority as well. And I gave him an Evil Mother-In-Law (-1 Authority) to counter it.
