How to import other maps into TATW?

It sort of annoys me that I can't play custom games with settlements on them because the game will simply crash, so I was looking to import maps from the britannia and teutonic campaigns into the TATW folder so that I could boot up some settlements on those maps instead. Unfortunately I can only seem to locate the maps that -don't- allow user defined settlements on them so I'm really wondering where I'm supposed to look and then, following that, where I have to place those maps in the TATW folder.

Any help would be most appreciated.

i can't tell you how to add extern maps into TATW

new maps in the game. it is definately working.
