    Default Orc skins

First of all I think the skins for the orcs are very good, I just don't like the skirts. Has anyone reskined the Mordor orcs without the skirts??? If so any idea where to find them? TY

lol .. When I say without skirts I didn't mean 'tackle out' .
I'll just have to work out how to reskin then (I did it for empire so this can't be that far away .. can it?)

Edit: Had a dig about in the data files and found a few textures but not many , where are the skins for this mod kept??

Hello, fellow viewer of That Mitchell & Webb Look! I don't know if there is one but you could make your own. I mean, hey, its not rocket-science...

To the person who is using/used my TATW signature - who are you? You never left a name with the rep comment, and I'm really curious

I'm pretty sure there is no such submod.

    In any case, moved.

    You'd be surpirsed

Search in the mod workshop for "texture converter" or "texture to dds". That should find you the converter

All good on that front thx m8 .. What I'd like if one is available is a programme so I can view 'file' textures so I don't have to keep converting them to see them if u get what I mean ...
So I just double click the 'TEXTURE file' and it opens ...

The trouble I seem to get when I cut away things on the texture is in game they get a black outline where I've cut (if u get what I mean).
I'd take a screenshot but I can't for some reason.I just get a black ss. I've tried xfire but it just won't take ss with this mod as well??

Well of course they do. You have to eitehr replace it with something or edit the uv map in the model

No, the skirt overlaps the legs which are textured so when cut away and saved as alpha u see the under texture.
I've got them looking more or less as I want them but a black line is all around where I cut away.

I can't for some reason the game lags up when I hit prtsc and all I get is a black screenshot.
Strange as I can take ss on empire with full gfx with np??

Edit: tried with game paused and got one

Ok if u look at the highlighted areas u will see a little black around the chainmail that I've cut around (it don't look much in picture but it does stand out bad in game)
Maybe something to do with save settings???

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the alpha channel.
