Has anybody been watching the new comedy on BBC 2, Psychoville ?

It's the latest offering from Reece Shearsmith/Steve Pemberton from 'The League of Gentlemen'. It's a similar style of comedy, slightly surreal and dark with some wierd bits thrown in. As usual they play a number of characters, I particularly like the blind Lomax and his 'commodities.' Only 3 episodes so far but I think its a breath of fresh air compared to whats on the box at the moment.

The series revolves around five different characters from different parts of Britain: David Sowerbutts (played by Pemberton), a serial killer obsessed man-child who still lives with his mother Maureen (Shearsmith); Mr. Jelly (Shearsmith), an embittered one-handed children's entertainer; Oscar Lomax (Pemberton), a blind millionare who collects Beanies; Joy Aston (French), a midwife who treats a practice doll as if it is her real child; and Robert Greenspan (Tompkins), a telekinetic panto dwarf in love with his Snow White. All five are connected by a mysterious blackmailer who has sent them a letter each, all of which contains the same message: "I know what you did…"

Yea I watch it, I was hoping someone would make a thread, its great a very Drak comedy but that was no suprise lol, watched episode 1 and 3 need to watch 2 on Iplayer, it is great although the mother and son make me cringe at times lol, you know how many episodes there are gonna be?

Yes, its a bit like the LOG and the creepy brother/sister, husband/wife in the local shop.

The BBC guide only has 7 episodes, I don't know if its only a one off series.

lol just watching episode 2 now lol Dawn French and that baby putting blood in its bottle lol
