Battles ridiculously easy?

Are they supposed to be? I have it on Hard/Hard and im just steamrolling Scotland even though they have double the men I do. It's a morale issue, they just keep running away as soon as like one unit dies/routs.

I did and applied it, i'm just playing it on Very Hard now, but i'm still winning pretty much everything

Do we apply the hotfix to our rtw main folder or the medieval folder?

*SOLVED

I applied the hotfix to the RTW main folder, apparently, I had applied it to only the Medieval folder, this solved the problem.
I also updated my shortcut to the one within my RTW folder, rather than on the desktop.

I was gonna say the Scots in my campaign were recruiting lots of Front Line men, only cause they were 0 turns i guess? I play Hard/Hard too. It's more fun!

Yeah i am playing an English Campaign, and before I could even attempt to take one of the two welsh cities, the Scottish unloaded about 4 stacks on me. It was hardcore. Mostly FLM and a couple Dismounted Feudal Knights, but a few Genoese and Landschneckt Pikes thrown in there.

Brutal. I lost about 3k FLM (i play on Huge unit size sometimes) and then some. I finally was able to beat them when I started pumping longbows, feudal knights and heavy pikemen. (I go for the old phalanx strategy in non protracted battle ^^

Now, i'm planning to take Exeter FINALLY, and possibly campaign into Denmark. and Normandie. The French captured Caen from me pretty fast.

Playing on VH/H is awesome. The only downside is the loss of many capable generals when they're stationed in cities that are under siege.

I didn't get much time either for taking the Welsh cities before the Scots besieged York. Luckily i had a reinforcement army outside of the city south of York(forgot name) and kicked their butts. Then i campaigned against the French, and destroyed them, then Sicily came around and attacked Marsille, but i had another reinforcement. Good times.
