Cursor problems

When I move my mouse over any unit card it does not display how much it costs or anything. Same with when the cursor is over building cards. That happened when I patched to 1.2. Could it just be a corrupted file? I've re-downloaded 1.2 three times already. Takes sooo long though. An hour to download and another hour to reinstall. It's only a minor problem though.

Are you referring to the building and recruitment queues? Is it a specific faction or all factions? Is it a mod?

Yes. All factions. No mod.

I have Kingdoms 1.5 and they show up. It has to be a mouseover layer missing but I don't know which one.

It's just really weird when it doesn't show. Not used to that. I thought for a sec it has something to do with my mouse but over characters it does show their names. It's just specifically the building/recruitment units that does not show anything. I'm pretty darn sure it has something to do with the 1.2 patch. it was fine before. Is there anything that I can fix to fix the problem? or should I just keep on re-downloading.
