I destroy Mordor, but haven't won yet?

I tried looking for a thread about this but I could not find it.

So I'm playing my first campaign as Gondor in H/H on TA 1.1, I just killed Mordor, took all his lands, sent spies everywhere to all corners of the world, I even used toggle_fow (blasphemy) to see wtf was going on. He has no more lands, I can't find any of his armies, I have 45 turns left to go, I already hold 45 lands, when I was suppose to only hold 35.

Why haven't I won?

because mordor isn't recognized as destroyed. there is a fix for this in the bug reports forum

victory condition are only looked at at the end of the time set for the end of the scenario..
in case of TATW its 3054

so if the timer reaches 3054 and you still got the victory condition you have won...but not befor
