Hello,
You have to have a governor/general in the settlement in order to build anything if you turned on that script. Also certain buildings have prerequisites.

If you dont have the script activated that requires a governor/general i found i couldnt build anything until you ended the first turn.Originally Posted by Morty

If you are on your first turn then I understand, I have to get to turn two before any building options come up.
