Construction time bonus?

I see in vanilla RTW that the Wonder in Asia Minor (the Halicarnassus, I believe) gives a construction time bonus. Can I import this to BI, and use it with a regular building?

You don't have to import the wonder if you don't want to. Just add the bonus to the building capabilities in the Export_descr_buildings.txt file. The tutorial above shows all the bonuses and where you need to put them.
