Trying to run ROP with STEAM. Launch command?

There's a forum with info on this, but it's generic to Medieval TW . You have to change the RTW launch options (right click, properties, set launch options) to include the mod. Does any one know the command, or better yet have a list of commands needed to use the mods on this site?
