Default Need help finding the location of the naval marines model

As stated , Im having a hard time finding the model for the marines on board of ships in naval battles . I tried looking in battle_personalities , unit_tables , unit_stats_naval and even units_stats_land . If any of you know where the unit model is located because I wish to replace it , please let me know .

    Thanks you .

    It's in unit_stats_naval_crew and unit_stats_naval_crew_to_factions.

Thanks for the help guys , I cant believe I missed that .

Edit: No matter what model I use it tends to crash at the boot screen . Do I have to change the warscape I.D. or anything in the factions availability folder also ?

Not sure what you're talking about. Could you be a little more specific?

EDIT: Maybe this will help: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=257224

Sorry if I didnt make myself clear . I get a CTD at the boot screen when I change the model . Here is a screenshot of what file I changed that I assume is this model . (I have it highlighted)
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Now , since I get CTD , is there something else Im suppose to change ? In another file or anywhere ?

    1. Are you sure you're typing in the model name (the same as the Model Name column in unit_stats_land) and not something else (I just want to get rid of the obvious possibilities first)?
    2. Did you change anything in the unit_stats_naval_crew_to_factions before this?
    3. Are you using any mod which changes the naval crew (MM653 naval crew mod, Sons of the Dannebrog, etc)?

At the moment I don't have any more ideas. If none of these is an issue I will think about it, and you'll have to play without it in the meantime.

    1. I copy and pasted the unit model from the unit_stats_land file . So I Highly doubt its been misspelled .
    2. No , I couldnt even find it before remember ?
    3. Nope , not a single other mod touches that file .

Edit: Im going to keep experimenting with it , see if i can find a way to make it work . I dont think the new DLC units work for it either , their supposedly crypted to avoid people from modding and unlocking them . I would have loved to use the USMC model as marines for all European factions .

OK, just wanted to make sure. How about starting over?
Delete the current pack and create a new one. Maybe you accidentally changed something without noticing.

Oh, and are you sure the game works properly without it?

Try that, look at the files using the PFM, it should give you an idea of where to start with your mod and what you need to change.
