    Default Hats

Anyone know how to change the hats different units use? I want to give milita a tricorne, not a beret. (Instructions through photoshop please )
Also, I found a diffuse.dds file for a "bicorne officer"?
Anyone ever heard of/seen that skin?
    Thanks

This is not gonna work out because the skin is put on a model that could not be changed at the moment, only wasy to use a tricorn is searching a unit, that fits to your needs and make a skin to that, then change the logs in the db and call it "militia" , the bicorne officer is known, yes, you could use him by putting him in the officers column at units.db

You can't change hats using photoshop, but there is a mod which changes the model to the line infantry model but with different textures: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=265032

The men firing the mortar in this mod use the bicorne model (I think it's the bicorne model, not the bicorne officer model, but the two are quite similar): http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...f+the+republic

Well what about editing the hats colours? I saw a mod where someone had re-skinned the new Swedish guard infantry(patch 1.3) and edited the colour of the hats? Or are the hat colours faction related? If so I'd have to edit the gloss map, right?

On a completely unrelated note, I just found the unit card for transport ships

No, you'll want to edit the diffuse texture.

OK, so where exactly are the hats on the diffuse map?
