    Default captured cities

    As Rhun, if I capture an elf city and it has an blacksmith init, will any units I make there be at blacksmith level armour or do I have to destroy the blacksmith and start over building to get armour bounses.
    In other words can I use another races buildings or do I have to build my own Ruhn buildings?

    you can use any race's buildings

    You can use other races buldings, just like normal ones.

    Though, you can`t use smiths alltogether.

    But you can't train Olog-Hai from a captured Mordorian settlement, even if the Troll cage is there.
    Certain buildings are specific for that race only, and no one else can make use of them.

    Indeed. As Dwarves it's quite simple. No cavalry, no trolls.

    I do have a question though....why does it sometimes take like 38 turns for me to be able to recruit in a new settlement? Even when I got the culture up to something like 40%.

    Also, for example, if I was playing SE and I captured an Orc settlement. The Orc practice range will require higher culture % for me to train the same troops?

    There are some units that can upgrade armour. I don't remember which but it's only a handful. Pretty sure none of them are Rhun but could be wrong.
