Im not working for the Indonesian government. I wished Kosovo to remain part of Serbia as I wished East Timor to remain part of Indonesia. But now Kosovo is free as East Timor is free and Im happy for them. Whats wrong with that?

Although, I cant deny that the main intention behind my support for Kosovo is nothing but to piss off the Serbians for to be honest I dont give a about the Kosovars in the first place.

Kosovo is as artificial a country as it is artifical a nation.

No, it's not. The people of Kosovo voted on self-determination, it was overwhelmingly in favor of indpendence.

At least there's such a thing as an Abhazian nation, and an Ossetian nation (whether they should be independent is another question).

Oh, so it's because they're ethnically Albanians? They don't deserve self-determination because their Albanians? Self-determination is a fundamental right, you can't because their skin is wrong or that they belong too certain ethnic group.

But it wouldn't look quite right for NATO to take chunks from Serbia and attach it to Albania, so they did the next best thing - make up a nation!

Too bad most Kosovars don't want too be joined with Albania.
