Default Q: Blocking types of taxation

In a castle you can only use normal taxation, while in cities it is possible to use more types. Where is this coded, is it hardcoded? Otherwise I'd like to use it for example in cities with town rights, that they can't be taxed exessively and so on.

By the way, what do you guys use for editing the EDB? Just Notepad++ or a spreadsheet and what kind of spreadsheet?

That is hardcoded into the engine, and I dont think it can be changed.

I use Notepad ++ for just about everything.

Then I'll stick to the use of taxable_income_bonus and castle (tax type blocking) ways
