this mod is awesome but i find one thing very annoying : Ai spamming of ships in all the map

I think it would be better to make ships so that they represent fleet
(making them more expensive and increasing turns of recruitement like in Europa Barbarorum)

I don't see a so negative effect in IJ3's fleets, pirates are very aggressive, they follow and attack your ships and this is challenging, in 355's campaign pirates almost totally destroyed my mediterranean fleet

There are also many naval invasion...i think ships work quite good...
