Default Good mod but a question!

First of all let me say this one of the best mod for rtw, but only one thing is bugging me.....

if i want to play another faction then rome, will rome be as powerful as if i were playing them? are they gonna recruit the good legion and retrain them in the good place?, are they gonna have a realistic composition for their legion?

i wanna try another faction but im scared that roman wont be as performant asthey would be with me managing them.

Anyway its still a very good mod and i cant wait for the new release

im not sure but i dont think the romans can make a good legion composition when the player is a different faction. somebody said earlier that the roman unit roster is to complex for the ai to understand. try another faction anyways, its fun to have some different experiences than just taking over the world withthe same units.

They usually don't get that big, but they have pretty good army compositions, and Ive never seen them get the reforms.

They usually recruit strong republican armies.

Well said. They usually mix cohorts from different legions, put a few first cohorts in one army. In addition they mix the imperial and republican units. So be prepared for fighting armies like this one:

I don't suppose that is something that can ever be fixed . . . selectively ignored maybe?

Has this been happening in RS2 as much, less maybe?

It is happening in RS2 and I am going to try and 'minimize it'. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop the AI from mixing different units together that it recruited.
