    Default Non-Homogenized Unit Appearence?

Is there a mod that creatures variation among troops so they have different facial hair, skin color, facial features etc? If not I think it would be a neat idea. I was examining the US marines and they all look virtually the same. (and yes i caved in and bought the extra units, i couldnt stop myself after noticing that US Marines were in it)

yeah...if you look close at the units there is variations among the individual soldiers...some will have red scarves or kerchiefs (militia), some will have different facings on their uniforms (the cavalry units...in particular the elite units), etc...not a huge amount of difference, but it is still noticeable

The differences between individuals are barely noticeable unless you set unit detail to Ultra in the options menu.

Still, there are differences: Different amounts of bags, different shades of uniform color, random attachment of sleeve and coat texture (and I guess this is noticeable on lower settings aswell)

The variation of unit appearance is the same like in M2TW

It would be nice to see different sizes of men too, so that when you look down the line of muskets they are all at different heights.
