Uhm, Candlekeep is a very nice side for D&D but not for Tolkien-related elvish languages like Quenya or Sindarin.
For best and especialy right results I highly recommend manual translating!

Nope, since we've but one sentence, the ring inscription and few scattered words of Black Speech from
Tolkien and all resources in the internet are fan-fiction, sorry but no lore-based translation.
