A new complete mod: Napoleon-Order of War

Hey, I going to be blunt, I don't know much about modding but I wanted to make a mod for Empire TW.
It would be a Napoleonic mod like the Napoleonic Total War mod but better. I believe it should be called Napoleon ~ Order of War.

I need volunters who want to make a Napoleonic mod.
I need modders who knows how to change and make 3d models, research Napoleonic historic uniforms, scripting, sounds, gameplay, mapping, a website, ect...
