Justinian has been a staff member for many years.
In September 2005, he was one of the first three elected moderators. In November/December of that year he was the first elected senior moderator as well! In total, he was moderator for over two years and is currently a Global.
He was also the first elected administrator. Here is the thread for Republican Consul, passing on March 1, 2006. He served for a year. Here is his resignation thread.
For over nine months Justinian also served as content administrator, as head of the Eagle Standard and at times the Helios. He updated the front page as well. He was a member of content staff for one year.
With all these firsts on his record, Justinian is very deserving of the Novus award.

I support, Justinian and we worked together and he was a brilliant voice in the Hexagon. His work -

Content, me and Justinian were a team.
Moderation, justinian was a great moderator and a fair one, his unbiased opinions helped shape moderation policy.
An elected Admin, thus being a symbol of how the curia is a responsible body in that it elected a very capable administrator.
Served as Curiator and as a member of the decimvirate



Basically in my thread the things Justinian Archer and I did together were not listed, One need only look at the list I provided in Asterix's thread and I garantee Justinian was involved in all but the earliest.

Where I failed I hope justinian is elected to honor the work we all did as a team.
