    Default Problem

OK so i recently installed XGM on my new laptop but whenever i tried to play a custom battle and press the "next" arrow it just sends me back to the page where i chose the factions. When i try to play the Imperial Campaign and i click on it, it just says "Chose one of the following" and it does not even let me go into the screen to chose a faction. I have Vista 64bit and i never had this problem on my desktop which runs XP.

EDIT: I get an error when i exit the game after i tried to click on "Imperial Campaign". LINK

You have the wrong version of RTW (it should be 1.5/1.6/1.9) or your original game files have been messed up by another mod.

You can check your version number by going to the options screen from the main menu. The number is in the top right corner. If it's the wrong version you will need to patch RTW and reinstall XGM.

If you game files have been messed up by another mod you will need to reinstall RTW and repatch it.

It's the right version and i never install a mod that does not come in it's own mod folder. I tried reinstalling it but it did not work. I haven't check the file but i'll take a look. Maybe my files got messed up by something else although i don't have another mod in RTW other than XGM.

Did you get any warnings when you ran the installer? You can also e-mail me the install log - it's a file called "install.log" created in the same location as the installer when you run it.

the problem is with the date or as it is shown in the error.... Did you check the start date in descr_strat.txt in the world folder?

I always get this screen which says whether i allow or cancel the installation but that appears on all installers, other than that no warnings or problems. Could you post your email or send it to me via PM because apparently Windows Mail does not support Hotmail anymore.
