Crowns, my PRECIOUS crowns

It appears that crowns of Moors, Turks, Egyptians and Mongols CAN NOT be attained by Mesoamerican, northern European, southern European, eastern European, Greek cultures

ExcludeCultures mesoamerican, northern_european, southern_european, eastern_european, greek

but same cultures can acquire crowns form other cultures (like European cultures.
Is there some reason to this?
I know it would require a small adjustment to ancillary description text (word sultan changed to ruler) but I don't see any reason why ruler of Egypt can take crown of Byzantium, Kingdom of Jerusalem or even Lithuania and Novgorod () but factions like Byzantium who already had historical control of Egypt can't take crowns of Egypt. Or faction of KOJ (ELO) who's rulers, I am sure, would have liked nothing more then to take crown of Egypt and parade it in front of their subjects (especially if those rulers are me - Yes I again have a bit of time and I have resumed playing ELO again).
It also "gimps" neighbouring factions of Moors, Turks, Egypt and Mongols for no good reasons and quite a few of those neighbouring are already gimped for various reason (no advanced units AT ALL for ELO, TSARS guard gimped for Novgorod, Georgia and Armenia lack units, and so on).
Since this appears easy to fix I am just asking should I do it manually (I miss my PRECIOUS crowns , since I really like collecting them) or is there some good reason why it should not be changed .

Oh NVM what I wrote I see other triggers, it appears muslim factions can't get European crowns after all .

I would like if you could get a crown regardless of culture though .
Or some kind of TRUE EMPIRE crown should exist but I am not sure how it should work (I guess it is possible to have a condition that checks how many settlements you have and if you have a specific settlements I am just not sure if I am really ready to make one for every faction).

Ok I had to try it...
My faction leader now has crown of KOJ and EGYPT looks really nice , wonder if it works on girls too .

UPDATE 3:

I have seen that some faction's crowns can be worn by only one faction like Byzantium and Armenia while say Georgian crown can be worn by any Christian Orthodox leader, while Russian and crown of Kiev can be worn by ANY European monarch EXCEPT Greek one. Doesn't really make sense to me but I guess there is a reason.
