Unspecified error crashes in battles

I've encountered a problem where the whole game works fine, but whenever I engage in any kind of real time battle, it crashes with an unspecified error. Right before crashing, I can see the battlefield and all the soldiers, but the ground is gone, the soldiers are just floating in free space.

It was after I unpacked the game files I encountered this error, anyone have any idea how to fix it? I've tried defragmenting, verifying game cache, and re-installing.

You must be player #3276 that has unpacked and not read the ReadMe file in the unpacker directory (Why oh why are called ReadMe files?). Go there and find out which files you have to delete so that the battles don't crash anymore.

Actuelly, I did look at the readme, but whatever...

So I'll take a more thorough look.
