most powerfull good faction?

apart from gondor as im playing them. but im going to gift away alot of land to create a buffer zone but i want it to be to a faction that will hold its own. not just die out. so what do you think is the strongest (forgeting starting positions and relative enemies

Probably Mordor or Harad due to where they start. Mordor is basically a big fortress and Harad can only be attacked from one direction

Probly the Dwarves because they do great in auto-resolve which is all AI on AI is.

as to the strongest faction... depends on your liking and on your gameplay tactics
Archers= Elves, Infantry=Dwarves, Horses=Rohan etc..

I did not think about the HE...Still though the Dwarves are better in auto calc battles.

Overall I find HE the best... good infantry, awesome archers, good horses +siege equipment... if only their numbers would be higher! But than it would be too easy!

HE do have strong units, but they barely build units so overall they are less better than Gondor or Dwarves imo.

I dident know different favtions recruited differently. Thanks I did not know that.

I dont know if factions recruit differently they just dont come in with full stacks, only with some units but not much.

You seem to forget that the Dwarves are heavily armored and the Elven archers have nothing against heavy armor. On the other side the crossbowmen of the Dwarves are able to kill most other heavy infantry very fast.
