I dont know if this is where it goes if not then please move it
but why is the Rhun people almost useless and underpowered?

It does go here but present some more arguments why you think they're weak. Rhun is almost universally considered to be a quite strong and well thought out faction with an advantageous starting position.
I agree with Jean=A=luc.
P.S. Rhun Rocks!!!!!!!!!![]()
Rhun isn't useless because they have the ultra snaga (Balchoth Tribesmen).
I dont think theyre unerpowered they have a great starting position and strong infantry/archers throughout the entire game. They are no Iron Guard or anything but as every faction(besides Dale and eriador)they have their advantages and downfalls.
The AI is like a retarded overwieght child. He realy want all those fries, he just does not know how to get them. http://img1.coolspacetricks.com/imag...unny/81776.gif
are you kidding? the elves and dwarves and men alike flee from the dragons regiments, the catiphracts (sorry for spelling) have taken on and defeated rohans royal guard (mounted) in a dual, and the pikes, my lord is there any who can best them with out flanking, the belcoth are murder at range, the clan guard horse and warriors are death to dale, sure the clansmen and clan hunters arnt the greatest but they still rule (unless your autoresolveing, then you might have an issue).
well i dont think ive used them since 1.0 so was there a good update?

Me and my friend played a multiplayer battle.
Me = Harad. I used all the best units, besides Mumakil.
He = Rhûn, a little of everything.
I was totally crushedwell I was the attacker, so he had advantage with missiles.
I was a bit dissappointed at my self. Then I had the chance to play one of my favourite factions, Noldor!
And he was the dwarves. He waited for me to attack, I moved my army forward and started to fire missiles over
his small dwarves, then he sent all axe throwers and stuff at me. ½ of them were dead when I were in their range.
then he stormed me with all his army. Iron guards, dragon slayers(?), and all the strong units the dwarves had. (he wanted to beat me again). My shield wall stopped them. Then I just attacked them from their back with my eldar cavalry.
Victory to meSorry for this off-topic, I had to clear my mind

@jul 14th how was the lag i havent ried a online battle since the days or rome total war as i found well it lagged to hell may have been my connection but just wanted to ask how it went in that regards.
Now on topic Rhun my goodness a bad faction wow not likely these guys have decent early units killer later level units good start position realitive to the own strength a weak neighbour opponent (dale) adds to them having a great start of campaign setting up for domination in mid late game the elves and dwarves are tougher unit for unit( well they are in rc) but you can produce far more of them so it may take some doing but you will roll over them eventually ending in victory for rhun![]()
Just as normal. Shadows off and unit scale large, and it runs as it should, at least over 25 fps.
Some battles it was a bit laggy, most when he forget uTorrent on
And when there is one of my temporary connection problem that can last from 12hrs to 4 days.

The early game for Rhun is quite...er...well...crappy. But once you get Dragon Regiments...hoooooeeehh are those Dwarves and Dalians gonna run
EDIT: No, I am not Texan

rhun was my first casmpaign in 1.0
i decided to atatck mordor in the beginning. even though the low tier units are nothing special (As any low tier) i was able to defeat mordor easily. that was without submods and with trolls as powerfull as they were in the beginning.
these tribesmen can win you battles in the early game because they are cheap, do damage to armored units, can kill trolls and tire down enemy units. in the end you can even use them to tire and weaken the enemy in melee. they will get high casualties but whatever, they are cheap. with some other units flanking or comming from behind they even can defeat or rout the enemy lines.
i never played rhun again because it was too easy.
the factions i have a hard time with is silvan elves (hard to defend spoit with aggressive oomm and mordor close to you) and rohan (because of lack of money/income)

I'll pile on by saying I think they are probably the 2nd strongest faction. Their late units are balanced and very strong. In the early game their starting position is good and with BT as support the bodyguard can pretty much carry them from the early game to well into the mid game.
why underpowered?
they have good heavy infantry and powerful heavy cavalry(archers also)
i finished one campaign with rhun and crushed dale, dwarves, silvan elves and high elves
Once you get past their woeful economy and crappy starting units, Rhun kick ass. Especially against their closest neighbours.
I had a very hard time on my first rhun campaign, i simply had no money to build enough troops and I had dwarves and dale constantly sieging, and not enough money to replenish my numbers against dales hordes, then silvan elves got involved and were able to kill my men from outside the walls with archers, I just gave up
I went into my edu and noticed the low tier units diddn't have free upkeep while garrisoned, so I changed that and now I can defend my homeland alot easier.
