How do I play after downloading

i just installed it and nothing happend so i went to rome total war and it was just like the old game nothing changed what can i do i really really want to play this mod so can you please help me

i went to the forums got the download link then dowloaded it from the last link called SPQR: Total War 7.0 FULL version 291 MB Filefront then once it was done dowloadingit automaticllay installed it if that doesnt help tell me what i need to tell you because im new to computers and dont no much about them im more into my quad haha but rtw is almost as fun as whiping around the trails on my raptor 600

The proposed installpatch in the installfile isn't necessarely the same as the path you actually installed your game to. See if you can find the folder called "SPQR_Readme" in your RTW-directory. If you can't find it, then you installed SPQR elsewhere on your harddrive!

Make sure where you installed the mod that is very likely that the error ...

I suggest you read the faqs in here. You need rtw patch 1.3 and 1.5 before installing SPQR into your RTW folder then just run the game and tatata. I recently downloaded the mod and it works just fine.

did you check the path of the installer was correct?

it sounds to me like you may have installed to mod to the wrong place

I think he installed SPQR to the wrong place as it seems every thing is still the same after installing the mod.

Did you install the mod to the right drive?

For example i installed my RTW on my F:\ drive so when installing the mod i needed to direct it to my F drive. For me it would look like this, don' t mind the \SPQR7\ it is because i put it in a separate folder.

"F:\Program Files\SPQR7\Activision\Rome - Total War
