Sterilize those who would sterilize disabled and poor people?

Should people who want to sterilize poor and disabled people be refused to reproduce? Possible reason: they are morally inferior, and as such, a threat to the progress of civilization. Discuss here.

Naturally, the idea of "same for same" is a tempting one - forcing people to indure what they want/force other people to indure. The main problem with this is that this puts you on the same moral level with the people you want to punish. So there probably would be people who would be for sterilizing you because you want to sterilize someone else that wants to sterilize disabled/ill people. And it could go on and on and on - but noone in that line of sterilization would be morally better than anyone else in it as well. Apart from the first victim of course because they've got no responsibility for or choice of their situation in this case, that is.
