    Default unit limits & tactics

    in this mod each faction can only recruit one type of archers and cavalry, and this means that yr. recruitment pool of those types is bound to be limited, shallower. there are not going to be so many of them on the battlefields.

    so what effect will this have this have on the battles?
    bowmen kill berserkers so they will be less at risk.
    spearmen will not be so useful.
    melee infantry will get things more their own way.

    will you be able to cope?

    i hope that having general units on foot and a lesser emphaisis on cav will change the style of battles making them basically harder fought. it might make jav skirmishing and ambushers/ hidden units more useful in battle because cavalry mobile reserves could always be deployed to stop these making foot skirmishers very vulnerable. basically this should make the gameplay more viking invasion-styley.
