LAG :(

Having downloaded the demo to make sure the game will work, I experienced a problem when fighting a battle. LAG. I am wondering if there are any suggestions you may have on how to reduce this lag without upgrading. Help will be much appreciated, Thanks in advance.

I don't like being the one to tell you but for Vista, you can fight battles on minimum settings with your computer and you will still get lag.

will running it in XP mode not help?

Well, M2 is a very demanding game... I´m on a Geforce 8400, E7200 dual core CPU, and still get lag in big battles, so I play mostly on med graphic settings, and small unit sizes

Your PC is a little outdated I´m afraid. You would need better CPU and GPU... Your RAM would be fine on XP, but you´re lacking a bit on Vista

And XP mode wouldnt change a lot either

I know, my computer sucks big time but due to lack of cash, upgrading is not an option. Ill just have to play the battles with lag then. What will the campaign map play like?
