I am having that Carthage CTD. I checked out the dl page for it but I am failing horridly on saving it correctly. I have the mod-switch and vista64. Everytime I try to dl it, it says windows cannot open the file, what program do you want to use. Can anyone give me some step by step process here. Much appreciated m8s.

Google WinRAR and dl, that will open RAR files since Windows won't automatically. Then just follow instructions in thread.
