Flags!

Alright, so I created a set of Soviet flags (inaccurate for this time period, I know) to replace the Republic flags
(hence, a 'Russian Revolution'). Problem is, where in the pack files can I find the headings which determine the flags for the campaign map? Thanks!

Just a question, isn't the small flags upside down? Isn't the hammer and sickle supposed to be in the upper corner instead of the lower?
