Is there a mod or something that allows you recruit black numenorians in campaign???

If you have to have you black Numenoreans open up your EDU and un-comment the "no custom" line for the Black Numenoreans and then change the ownership to whatever faction Mordor is internally coded as I think it's England.

And how do I put cavalry in? what should i write???
You can make them both. But is difficult for me to explain it. I can do it in a few seconds if you send you export_desc_buildings file to:
I suggest you use PMs when giving out your e-mail so as not to expose yourself to spammers, hackers etc. I've deleted the address to limit the exposure but if you really want, just add it again. This is just a suggestion.

To make them available in custom games aswell
He wan't them on the campaign map, so he must open export_desc_buildings.txt and add them to stables/barracks.
But Real Combat makes them recruitable too, I suggest you download this mod.
It balances the game, adds new buildings and fixes a lot of things.

RC/RR includes Immortal Nazgul mod by kai, which gives the Nazgul Generals Black Numenoreans as bodyguards. Also, Dismounted Numenoreans are available at Dol Guldur, Minas Morgul and Barad Dur, plus further Black Numenoreans at Minas Morgul ('Morgul Knights').
Ok one more thing when I recruit them its says unit pool at maximum and then I need to wait 10 turns to recruit them again.
So how can I make them more recruitable like every 2 turns???
