Trouble with battle display
Help! I have downloaded EB and all was good until I suddenly had a battle display without the option to speed up the game - the commands now appear at the top when you move the cursor up and then disappear - just like in windows. I guess that there must be commands to speed up the game or some option to change the visual display, in-battle, back to what it was. Fighting battles at single speed throughout can be extremely boring!

lol man just go to options on menu and change the mini hud to normal one, And with mini hud you have icons to change speed i belive, they are just diferent, anyway, its just you arent used to it. well just change the settings on options. the game is fine its not a bug ok. its only a diferent display

Ctrl+T is the default key to alter between speed *3 and *1.
Using the options-menu with the trivial script, or changing the preferences.txt file to minimal-UI OFF changes it back the "normal" UI.
BTW, this is an RTW feature, not an EB one.

Thanks both. Did subsequently discover the ctrl T command. Not sure what 'hud' means, but will rummage through the preferences txt file.

HUD: Head Up Display. In TW it's the 'control panel' on the battle screen, in Call Of Duty (& other FPS (First Person Shooter) games) it's the Health/ammo meter & map etc...

I went to Options and didn't see a 'game options'.
There's nothing to change the HUD.
I'm using version 1.1 btw.

The preferences.txt file is located in ~EB/Preferences.
