    Default How did you vote?

Not sure if this has been done before, but I swear I remember seeing it sometime. Anyway, this thread will be for people to list how they have voted in their country's elections in the past, going. You may put how you voted in past elections, and if you were too young, you can put how you would have voted if you could.

    I'll start us off.

Country: United Kingdom - Great Britain

    General Elections
    ---
    2009/2010: likely Conservative

That would actually be my first vote, whenever old Gordon decides to call an election

How old were you in 1992 Rome? I was under the impression that you were a student of some sort and thus can't have been much more than five at the time.
Does this mean you are going by current opinions retrospected, or am I to understand you were a very well informed child?

I'd have gone Lib-Dem in 2001 and 2005, and probably will at the next election if I get the chance.
Thats partially down to tactical voting - I'd be very tempted to vote Greens in 2009/10 if they stood a chance in my constituency.

... Too young for these ones ...
Literacy is your friend, cristophe. Only kidding!
"Sebaceans once had a god called Djancaz-Bru. Six worlds prayed to her. They built her temples, conquered planets. And yet one day she rose up and destroyed all six worlds. And when the last warrior was dying, he said, 'We gave you everything, why did you destroy us?' And she looked down upon him and she whispered, 'Because I can.' "

Lol what you're 18? I estimated you much older.

    Anyway, my voting record:

Too young to vote for earlier elections, but I think it's rather easy to predict what I would've voted, no? xD VVD is liberal, btw.

    2004 (EU): VVD
    2007: VVD
    2009 (EU): VVD
    2011: VVD
I have approximate answers and possible beliefs, and different degrees of certainty about different things, but I’m not absolutely sure of anything, and many things I don’t know anything about. But I don’t have to know an answer. I don’t feel frightened by not knowing.

    Likewise.

I would have, and shall, vote Labour No.1 on every election.
    After that, the Green Party.

    In Northern Ireland, the SDLP.

I would consider voting for Sinn Fein if they weren't eurosceptic, but they are, so I don't.

    Well, OK then

    Too young for the following:
    1964: Barry Goldwater (Republican)
    1968: Richard Nixon (Republican)
    1972: Richard Nixon (Republican)
    1976: Gerald Ford (Republican)
    1980: Ronald Reagan (Republican)
    1984: Ronald Reagan (Republican)
    1988: George Bush Sr., (Republican)
    1992: Howard Philips (US Taxpayers)
    1996: Howard Philips (US Taxpayers)
    2000: George Bush Jr., (Republican)
    2004: Michael Peroutka (Constitution)
    2008: Chuck Baldwin (Constitution)

I will likely be voting Republican or Constitution in 2012

Yes, my list is long, I know

i did like Paul. But the likely hood that he would have won was slim. Maybe in '12.

    Communist? Definately always turning.

Am myself interested in Spartan Constitution though it would be impossible to implement, rather going for Dutch Republic style, the root of our nation .
