Can not find patch for SPQR 7 attacing me

hello there
I began playing SPQR becase i am fed up with emprire,so back to rtw for me.
I have been playing SPQR mod and is very good but the senate is attacing me .I know there is a link to fix this but it seems not to work for me it takes me to file planets main page and when i do a search for SPQR it comes up with a skins only i have tried many searchs.

ie total war patch 7 spqr total war patch 7 ecta, ecta and athese give me a list of nothing below 6000 hits.
So does any one know what i am not doing ,or doing wrong.

i would like very much to find this link.

Make sure you never leave some of your troops within the senats border of Latium when you press end turn. This will make them attack you. The patch for fixing the senate is if you are being attacked by their fleets. The patch simply removes SPQR fleets.

You need to do both - have the patch to secure the seas and never ever leave your troops in territory controlled by Senate whenever you press the end turn button. By doing both these things, your life should be Senate free...for the time being

I haven't patched my version, guess I'm living on the wildside a little, but no problems evah for 400 turns or so

sorry for long delay in a reply have had other commitments ie work in rural areas
